INGREDIENTS OF CHOLE BHATURE.
•2 cups chickpeas
•Boiled water of tea leaves
•Dry gooseberry(amla)
•1 Bay leaf(tejpata)
•1 cinnamon stick
•2 cardamoms
•1 tsp cumin
•1 big cardamom(ilaichi)
•8 black peppercorns
•3 cloves
•2 onions, cut into pieces
•1 tsp garlic
•1 tsp ginger
•1 tsp turmeric powder
•1 tsp red chili powder
•1 tsp coriander powder
•1 tsp cumin powder
•3 tsp salt
•1 cup water
•1 Tomato , chopped
•1 bunch coriander
•1 tsp yeast
•1/2 tsp sugar
•2 cups flour
•1/2 cup wheat flour
•How to make Chole:-
To make Chole, first take a vessel. Boil tea leaves water and dried amla with chickpeas in it. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper and cloves to the pan.
Now add onions and fry till golden brown.
Now add garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix it well.
Now add boiled chickpeas and chopped tomatoes while adding water to this mixture.
After mixing it well, take it out in another cooker.
Add green coriander and cook it in pressure cooker.
•To make Bhature:-
Take yeast in a bowl and add some sugar and water. Mix it well.
Take all purpose flour in a large bowl, mix a little wheat flour, salt and yeast.
Mix it lightly and add water. Mix it and knead the dough.
Now cover this dough with a wet cloth and leave it for 2-3 hours so that the yeast comes in it.
Take some flour and make roti out of it.
Heat oil in a pan and fry them.
