How to make delicious macaroni/pasta at home.

INGREDIENTS OF MASALA PASTA.

•Pasta – 250 grams

•Capsicum – ½cup finely chopped

•Tomato – ½cup finely chopped

•Onion – ½cup finely chopped

•Garlic – 1 tbsp finely chopped

•Green chili – 1 tsp finely chopped

•Tomato puree – 1 cup

•Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

•Red chili powder – ½tsp

•Sugar – 1 tsp

•Oil – 2 tbsp

•Salt – as per taste

•Preparation time: 20 minutes

•Making Time: 20 Minutes

•Total Time: 40 Minutes

~Method:-

STEP 1: Boil pasta by adding water in a vessel.

To make Tasty Masala Pasta, first take a vessel and put the vessel on the gas on high flame and put some water, raw pasta and few drops of oil in it, let the water boil on high flame. After boiling, reduce the heat and see a little pasta coming out of the water, if the pasta is slightly soft and cut when pressed with fingers, then turn off the gas and take out the pasta and put it in a mesh plate and let it cool. Let it happen, if not, then boil the pasta in water for a while until it becomes slightly soft.

STEP 2: Put all the ingredients in a pan and fry them.

Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped green chillies, garlic, onion and capsicum in the pan and fry all the ingredients stirring continuously till they become light brown. After the onion is lightly roasted, add tomatoes and fry till it becomes slightly soft. Then add some tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chili powder and black pepper powder and mix all the spices and fry till the aroma of the spices dissolves and the sugar dissolves and reduce the flame, the gravy becomes thick. Give. When the gravy boils and becomes thick, then add boiled pasta to the pan and mix all the ingredients well and fry on low flame for 2 minutes, after the specified time turn off the gas. Masala Pasta is ready.
