How to make dhaba style paneer ki bhurji at home.

“EASY WAY TO MAKE DHABA STYLE SPICY PANEER BHURJI AT HOME.”

INGREDIENTS OF PANEER BHURJI.

•Oil – 1 tbsp

•Paneer – 250 grams

•Cumin – 1/2 tsp

•Fennel – 1/4 tsp

•Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp

•Onion – 1 medium

•Green chili – 1-2

•Ginger – 1 inch

•Garlic – 4-5

•Tomato – 2

•Coriander Powder – 1 tsp

•Pav Bhaji Masala – 3/4 tsp

•Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

•Preparation time: 10 minutes

•Cooking time: 15 minutes

•Total time: 25 Minutes

~Method:-

STEP 1: Put paneer in a bowl and take masala.

First of all, take a bowl and put the paneer in the bowl and start mashing the paneer with your finger and while mashing make fine chunks of paneer and keep the bowl aside.

STEP 2: Fry the spices while stirring in a pan.

Now take a wok and put the wok on the gas on medium flame and heat it by adding oil, when the oil becomes hot then put cumin, fennel seeds and asafoetida in the hot oil and fry the cumin till it turns brown. Then add finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger and garlic paste to it and fry all the ingredients while stirring continuously in the pan till they turn light brown. After the onion is roasted, add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft. Once the tomatoes become soft, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and pav bhaji masala and cook for 1 minute till the spices get mixed with all the spices. Then add mashed paneer and mix all the ingredients well, cook for 2 minutes and after 2 minutes turn off the gas.

(Note: Do not cook the paneer for a long time as it will become like cheese rubber). Hot Paneer Bhurji is ready).
