Curd Bread Rolls(Dahi ke sholey).

“CURD BREAD ROLLS”

You must have tried bread rolls many times. Let’s make Curd Bread Roll by giving a different twist today. This roll can be made with hung curd, bread and vegetables of your choice. They are very tasty and crispy. They can be served as a starter in any party, everyone from kids to elders will find it very tasty.

INGREDIENTS FOR CURD BREAD ROLL.

•Curd – 500 grams (water removed)

•Paneer – 100 grams (grated)

•Capsicum – half cup

•Carrot – half cup

•Green Coriander – 2 tbsp

•Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

•Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)

•Maida – 2 tbsp

•Bread slices – 3-4 (fresh)

•Salt – as per taste

~Method:-

STEP 1:

First put curd, paneer, carrot, capsicum, green coriander, black pepper, green chili, salt in a bowl and prepare the mixture by mixing it well.

STEP 2:

Then cut off the edges of the bread slices and remove them. After this, roll the bread with the help of light water.

STEP 3:

Prepare a thin batter of maida and turn the bread layer on which water has been applied to the outside.

STEP 4:

Now fill the mixture inside the bread and make a roll by folding it from the corner. Apply maida batter to make this roll stick well.

STEP 5:

Place the roll in a polythene sheet and press both the corners like folding a toffee wrapper.

~Serving method:-

Fry the rolls in oil till golden brown. Cut the roll from the middle and serve it with green or red sauce (chutney).
