INGREDIENTS OF BHEL PURI.
•Coriander mint chutney – 3 tbsp
•Tamarind chutney – 3 tbsp
•Onion – cup chopped
•Tomato – cup chopped
•Green chili – 1 tsp chopped
•Green Coriander – 3 tbsp chopped
•Boiled – cup
•Salt – as per taste
•Red chili powder -½ tsp
•Chaat masala – 1 tsp
•Murmure – 2 cups
•Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
•Preparation time: 5 minutes
•Cooking time: 20 minutes
•Total time: 25 minutes
~Method:-
STEP 1: Fry the puffed rice in a pan.
First of all, take a heavy bottomed kadhai and put it on the gas on medium flame. After that put some oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot enough, then put the puffed rice in the pan and add salt and turmeric powder on it, mix it with a spoon and fry the puffed rice till it becomes crisp. Keep in mind that the puffed rice burns quickly, so keep stirring the puffed rice with a spoon continuously and after roasting take it out in a bowl and let it cool down.
STEP 2: Put chutney and spices in a bowl.
•Now put coriander-mint and tamarind chutney in the bowl of puffed rice and mix it with a spoon. Then put finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, boiled potatoes, salt, red chili powder, potato bhujia, papdi and chaat masala on it and mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Lastly add lemon juice. Bhel is ready.
