“HOW TO MAKE CHOLE SAMOSA CHAAT.”
•If you do not like plain samosa, then you can eat it by making interesting samosa chaat. It will also get a new taste.
INGREDIENTS OF CHOLE SAMOSA CHAAT.
•1 Chole Curry
•11/2 cups all purpose flour
•2-3 mashed potatoes
•1/2 tsp chaat masala
•Salt to taste
•1/2 tsp red chili powder
•1/2 tsp cumin powder
•1/2 tsp garam masala
•1 tbsp mint chutney
•2 tbsp curd
•1 tbsp tamarind chutney
•1 tbsp sev
•1 tbsp coriander leaves
•1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
TO MAKE CHOLE SAMOSA CHAAT.
~Method:-
1. First of all, knead the dough using all purpose flour. Once done, keep aside.
2. Then for the samosa feeling, mash the potatoes and add all the dry ingredients mentioned in the ingredients list above.
3. Take out a little ball from the dough and roll it and fill the potato mixture in it.
4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosas.
5. For making chaat, break the samosa, add chickpeas, add chutney and curd.
6. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds, sev and garnish with coriander leaves
7. Your chaat is ready!
