How to make green chili sabzi.

“EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY, YOU WILL EAT FOUR ROTIS INSTEAD OF TWO WHEN YOU MAKE SUCH A GREEN CHILI SABZI.”

•Many people do not regret eating spicy food. Green chili stuffed with gram flour is not spicy. Stuffed green chilies are made in many ways, such as stuffed with potatoes, gram flour and spices, etc. It can be eaten with dal curry. Today we are going to make Besan Stuffed Green Chillies.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING GREEN CHILI SABZI.

• Green chili – 250 grams

• Red chili powder – ½ tbsp

• Besan – ½ cup

• Amchur powder – ½ tbsp

• Asafoetida – a pinch

• Cumin – ½ tbsp

• Garam Masala -½ tbsp

• Turmeric – ½ tbsp

• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

• Salt – as per taste

• Oil – 6 tbsp

~Method:-

STEP 1: Wash and clean the green chilies well, now make a straight cut in the green chilies from one side so that the spices can be filled inside.

STEP 2: Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, then add asafoetida and cumin seeds and saute till they turn light brown. Now add gram flour and turmeric and saute till it turns brown, now add red chili, amchur, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.

The masala is ready to be used in chili.

STEP 3: Stuff the spice paste inside the green chilies.

STEP 4: Heat oil in a pan. Now slowly put the stuffed green chillies in the pan and cook it on the gas for 3 minutes while stirring it with a spoon.

Your besan stuffed green chili is ready. Serve hot and enjoy stuffed green chilies with gram flour
