How to make stuff bitter gourd at home.

•Some people may shrink their nose and brows while eating bitter gourd vegetable, but its benefits are tremendous. By the way, the stuffed vegetable is much more liked than the normal vegetable of bitter gourd. This vegetable tastes great with parathas, puris or lentils and rice. The good thing is that you can make it and keep it in the fridge, it will not spoil for a week.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING STUFFED BITTER GOURD YOU NEED.

•8 to 10 bitter gourds

•4 tsp oil

•1 pinch asafoetida

•½ tsp cumin

•½ tsp turmeric

•2 tsp ground fennel seeds

•1 tsp amchur powder

•½ tsp red chili powder

•White salt to taste

•Black Salt

•Mustard oil

~Prepare masala like this:-

•To make bitter gourd, wash them and remove the peel by scraping it. Keep this scraper.

•Now cut the bitter gourd from the middle, remove the seeds and take out their pulp and keep it too.

•Put salt in the scraper and keep it. Put salt in bitter gourd and keep it for 30 minutes.

•After half an hour, squeeze them and wash them. Wash and squeeze the scraps as well.

•Don’t scratch if you want. Put oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and cumin seeds.

•If cumin seeds crackle, add fennel powder, turmeric, coriander. Fry it. When the masala is roasted, add bitter gourd scraps and pulp to it.

•Also add sour powder, red chili, white salt and a little black salt.

•Let all the spices roast.

~Make bitter gourd like this:-

•Fill this roasted masala well in bitter gourd. Now heat oil in a pan. Add the stuffed bitter gourds in it. Cover the pan by turning the gas flame to medium. Keep turning the bitter gourds in between. If bitter gourd is roasted all around, then turn off the gas and take them out.
