Quick make paneer capsicum.


•Deep-fried capsicum in a pleasant spicy gravy of tomatoes and raw paneer poured on top, which gives the test of capsicum and paneer vegetable, neither can it be spoken without tasting it. •Paneer – 100 grams

•Capsicum – 3

•Tomato – 1 cup puree

•Onion – 2 finely chopped

•Ginger – 1/2 small grated

•Coconut – 1 tbsp

•Coriander seeds – 1/2 tbsp

•Cashew nuts – 4

•Cumin – 1/2 tsp

•Turmeric Powder – 1/8 tsp

•Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

•Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp

•Water – as required

•Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

•Oil – as required

•Salt – as per taste

•Preparation time: 10 minutes

•Cooking time: 15 minutes

•Total time: 25 Minutes


STEP 1: Fry capsicum in oil.

First of all, take capsicum and wash it well and cut it and keep it in a plate. Now take a pan and put it on the gas on high flame and heat it by adding oil. After the oil is hot, add chopped capsicum to it and deep fry it. Keep turning the capsicum from the skimmer(poni) continuously in the pan and fry until golden brown. If it is burning, then reduce the flame to medium. After roasting, take it out from the pan and put it back in the plate.

STEP 2: Make paneer and capsicum sabzi.

Now add cumin seeds to the remaining oil in the same pan and fry it. After roasting cumin, add grated ginger, coconut, cashew and dry coriander to it and fry all the spices till the aroma comes. Then add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes light brown. Now put tomato puree in it and after the puree comes to a slight boil, add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and a small glass of water and mix all the spices well with a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook. After the excess water dries up, add roasted capsicum and paneer pieces and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes. After the vegetable is cooked well, add fresh cream to it and switch off the gas. Mix the cream well with a spoon. Paneer and capsicum sabzi is ready.
