Healthy breakfast:Corn sandwich.

“HEALTHY BREAKFAST: CORN SANDWICH.”

•If you are bored of eating Poha, Upma, Idli in breakfast, then you can make Healthy and Tasty Corn Sandwich in minutes. This sandwich with cheese, corn, capsicum and tomato will be liked by adults as well as children.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING CORN SANDWICHES.

•Half cup corn (boiled)

•1-2 bread slices

•1 tbsp cheese(grated)

•Pinch black pepper powder

•1 tsp red chili powder

•1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped)

•1/4 cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)

•Half Cup Onion (chopped)

•1 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)

•6 tsp tomato ketchup

•Salt to taste

•Butter as needed

~Method:-

Apply butter on all the slices of bread and keep them aside.

Add chopped onion to the pan and fry it.

Mix all the remaining ingredients (except tomato ketchup) and take it off the flame.

Apply tomato ketchup on 6 slices of bread, spread corn mixture and cover with another slice of bread.

~Serving method:-

Cut the sandwich into 2 pieces and serve.
