“EASIEST WAY TO MAKE VEG MANCHURIAN.”
•Veg Manchurian is a delicious Indo-Chinese dish made with wisps of vegetables formed into dumplings and dunked into a sauce with a gorgeous interplay of hot, sweet, sour and salty flavors. It’s a dish you’ll be treating yourself to again and again. Vegan, nut-free and can be gluten-free.
INGREDIENTS OF VEG MANCHURIAN.
•Cabbage – 1/2 chopped
•Cauliflower – 1/2 chopped
•Green chili – 1 chopped
•Garlic – 1/2 tsp
•Green beans – 5 to 7
•Salt – as required
•Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
•Fine flour – 3 tbsp
•Capsicum – 2
•Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
•Vinegar – 1 tsp
•Carrot – grated
•Paneer – as required
•Ginger – 1/2 tsp
•3 tbsp coriander leaves
•Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
•White chili powder – 1/2 tsp
•Corn starch – 2 tbsp
•1 cup vegetable oil
•Onion – 1 big
•Corn starch – 3 tbsp
•Preparation time: 15 minutes
•Cooking time: 30 minutes
•Total time: 45 Minutes

~Method.
STEP 1: Cut and wash the vegetables and make Manchurian balls.
First of all, put all the vegetables in a plate, cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum and carrot. After adding, wash it thoroughly with water and then chop it finely with a knife. Now take a big bowl and put all the chopped vegetables, paneer, finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, white chili powder, a little salt, soya sauce, ginger and garlic paste and beans in it. Mix all the mixture well with the help of a spoon. To make the paste tight, add refined flour and cornstarch as required and knead the dough for Manchurian. The dough should be very soft when touched, so that the boss will not remain raw from inside while frying. Do not use water for kneading. Add only if required or else the paste will become thin. Now make small round balls of the dough and keep them in a plate.
STEP 2: Fry the balls in oil.
Take a large pan and put it on the gas on high flame and heat it by adding refined. After the oil is hot, carefully add small balls of Manchurian one by one and deep fry it. Keep turning the balls from the skimmer(poni) frequently and fry till they become crispy. Once done, take it out on a plate.
STEP 3: Make the gravy and add the balls.
Now reduce the flame of the gas and in the remaining oil, add finely chopped garlic, onion, green chili, capsicum and fry it. Then add chili sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup and cook for about 2 minutes. After cooking well, put the fried Manchurian balls in it and mix both well with a spoon. Veg Manchurian is ready.

~Change in taste:-
•Dark soya sauce can be added to darken the color of the gravy.
•Red and yellow can also be added with green capsicum.
•If you don’t have white pepper, you can use red chili.
