Easiest way to make onion paratha.

“EASIEST WAY TO MAKE ONION PARATHA.”

•Tired of making simple paratha everyday and want to make some new way of making tasty and healthy paratha, so let’s make spicy and crispy paratha of onion that too easily with very few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS OF ONION PARATHA.

•Wheat flour – 2 cups

•Onion – 2 cups

•Green chili – 2

•Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp

•Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp

•Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp

•Cumin – 1/4 tsp

•Green coriander – 1 tbsp

•Salt – as per taste

•Oil – as required

•Water – as required

•Preparation time: 20 minutes

•Cooking time: 25 minutes

•Total time: 45 minutes

~Method:-

STEP 1: Add oil in a pan and fry the onion.

First of all take a big pan and put the wok on the gas on medium flame. Put oil in a pan and heat it well. Put cumin in hot oil and fry till it becomes light brown, then add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes light pink, add finely chopped green chili, fresh coriander, garam masala, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix all the spices with a spoon. Mix it and turn off the gas. Let the onion mixture cool down in the pan itself.

STEP 2: Knead the dough.

Now take a layer and add sifted wheat flour, salt, a little oil, a mixture of roasted onions and water gradually and knead a soft dough. Apply a little oil on the dough and keep it covered for some time.

STEP 3: Make roti on the griddle.

Take a griddle and keep it on high flame and let it heat up well. Start making small balls of the kneaded dough and make round roti by rolling the dough on the wheel. The griddle is now well heated, reduce the flame and place the raw roti on the pan. When the roti does not start puffing lightly from one side, then turn the roti with tongs and apply oil on both the sides and roast the roti till it becomes golden brown. Keep the roasted roti in a plate. Onion Paratha is ready.
