1. ROTI TIKKI:- Grind the remaining rotis of the night and grind them in a mixer and make the type of sawdust. Add boiled mashed potatoes, ginger paste, green chilies, chaat masala, salt, green coriander, a little red chili powder and finely chopped onions to this powder and mix it well. This dry batter will be ready and now add lemon to it and mash it well and make small tikkis. Roast these tikkis with light oil on the pan and they can be eaten with green chutney and sauce.
2. ROTI NOODLES:- Cut the remaining rotis into fine long noodles. Now fry the chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage, garlic and ginger well in a pan. After this add spices of noodles like red chili sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and soy sauce and fry them well as they do while making noodles. Now instead of noodle, you have to put finely chopped rotis rolls and fry them. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves.
3. ROTI FRY:- In homes, grandmother and mother used to fry the remaining roti with onions, which children eat with passion. You have to cut the rotis into small pieces. Add salt, green chili, amchur and coriander powder to it. Now fry onions in a pan and if you want, you can add capsicum or cabbage. Now before the onion turns brown, after mixing the spices in the rotis, put it in the pan and stir it well. Your roti fry is ready.
4. ROTI PIZZA:- You can make delicious pizza at home with leftover roti, can’t believe it. Let’s know how. Mash the boiled potatoes and add chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt, pepper, coriander powder and mango powder to it. Add a little lemon and mix it by adding green coriander. Separately, keep a little lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber chopped. Now spread tomato ketchup or coriander chutney, or schezwan chutney on the remaining roti. Now after applying ketchup or chutney, spread potato mash in half on the roti and put pieces of salad on it and roll the roti and keep it pressed for some time. In this way the roti is half filled after being stuffed. Now lift it carefully by applying oil or ghee on the pan and roast it well so that the roti becomes crispy.
5. ROTI POHA:- Grind the roti and grind it coarsely in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan, fry peanuts and finely raw potatoes (grated) and take them out in a vessel. Now fry onion in the same pan and add mashed roti and add spices like salt, chilli, coriander, mango powder, cumin powder. Now add peanuts and fried raw potatoes to it and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
