How to make spicy maggi at home.

“MAKE TASTY SPICY MAGGI.”

INGREDIENTS OF SPICY MAGGI.

•Oil – 2 tsp

•Clove Powder – 2

•Garlic – 1 finely chopped

•Onion – 1 finely chopped

•Carrot – 1 finely chopped

•Capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped

•Tomato – 1 chopped

•Turmeric -½ tsp

•Chili powder -½ tsp

•Salt -½ tsp

•Water – 1 cup

•Maggi – 1 pack

•Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

•Cooking time: 5 minutes

•Total Time: 10 Minutes

~Method:-

STEP 1: Put in a pan and roast the vegetables.

To make Masala Maggi, first take a pan and put oil in the pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, then add clove powder, grated garlic and finely chopped onion in the pan and fry all the ingredients till they turn light brown. When the onion is fried, then add finely chopped carrot, capsicum and tomato and fry the vegetables while stirring continuously in the pan till the smell of vegetables is cooked.

STEP 2: Put Maggi in a pan and boil it in water.

After the vegetables are cooked well, reduce the flame and add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder to the pan and fry the spices for 1 minute. Now the oil will start burning slightly in the pan, then add water and increase the flame and bring the water to a boil. After boiling, put Maggi in the pan and mix all the ingredients well, cook the Maggi on high flame for 2 minutes. Switch off the gas after 2 minutes. Spicy Maggi is ready.
