How to make fried gobhi masala at home.

“MAKE FRIED GOBHI MASALA IN DHABA STYLE.”

•Cauliflower curry is made in many ways. cauliflower is also made by mixing it with any other vegetable. But the vegetable we are going to make today, we will only make cauliflower. In which no other vegetable will be added. To make this, we have to use cauliflower and some spices.

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED GOBHI MASALA.

•4 tbsp Butter

•½cup fresh cream

•1 cup curd

•500 grams Cauliflower

•Oil and salt for frying.

INGREDIENTS OF SPICES.

•1 tsp garam masala,

•1 tbsp Coriander Powder

•4 chopped green chilies

•10 cloves Garlic

•2 tbsp poppy seeds

•4 chopped onions

•Soak all the ingredients in water for two hours and then make a paste of them.

~Method:-

•Boil the chopped cauliflower in salt mixed water, take it out of the flame after it comes to a boil, take out the cauliflower.

•Now heat the oil in a pan, fry Cauliflower and take it out by mixing cream and curd together.

•Heat butter in a pan and fry till the oil leaves the masala paste and then fry the curd-cream mixture.

•After five minutes add fried cauliflower and salt and stir fry for five to six minutes.

•Cover and cook for two minutes then serve hot.

•This content is for 5-6 persons.
