~Method:-

STEP 1: Add vegetables and spices to the pan and fry it on medium flame.

To make Brown – Brown Crispy Bread Rolls, first take a pan and put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the finely chopped onion in the pan and fry the onion till it changes color. When the onion is fried, then add grated ginger-garlic paste and fry it and put raw peas and sweet corn on it and fry it till it changes color. After the peas are roasted, add boiled and mashed potatoes and fry together for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mango powder and garam masala to the pan and fry all the spices till the aroma of roasting comes. Then add mashed paneer and finely chopped coriander and mix all the vegetables and spices well with a ladle, turn off the gas and let the paste cool down.

STEP 2: Make a roll by adding paste to the wet bread.

Now put the bread in a plate and with the help of a knife cut off the edges of the bread and keep them on the side. Take a bowl full of water and dip the bread in water and take it out as soon as it is deepened and squeeze it well with your hands. (Note: There should not be a little water in the bread, otherwise it will start cracking as soon as it goes into hot oil. Keep a wet bread straight in your hand and put a little paste of potato in it with a spoon and make the paste into the bread. Giving a round shape from the edges, close it well from all sides and keep the roll in a plate. In the same way make all the rolls.

STEP 3: Fry the roll in a pan on high flame.

Again take another pan and put oil in the pan and heat it on high flame. When the oil becomes very hot, then one by one, carefully put the rolls in the pan and deep fry the rolls. (Note: The roll starts drinking oil as soon as it goes into the pan, so roast it on high flame only). While the roll is deep frying, when the bottom side starts turning brown, then flip the roll with a ladle and fry it till it turns crispy-crispy, turning it again and again. Take out the fried roll and put it in a plate. Bread roll is ready.
