BANANA MUFFIN INGREDIENTS.

•Refined flour – 1 cups

•Baking soda – 1 tsp

•Baking Powder – 1 tsp

•Salt – 1 tsp

•Cinnamon – 1 tsp ground (optional)

•Banana – 4 mashed

•Butter – 2 tbsp

•Oil – 1 tbsp

•Sugar powder -½ cup

•Vanilla extract – 1 tsp pure

•Walnuts -½ cup toasted and chopped

•Chocolate Chips –½ cup

•Preparation time: 15 minutes

•Cooking time: 25 minutes

•Total Time: 40 Minutes

~Method:-

STEP 1: Put flour and rest of the ingredients in the bowl.

Take a big bowl and put sifted flour, salt, cinnamon powder, baking soda and baking powder in it and mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. After mixing keep the bowl aside.

STEP 2: Mash the banana.

Take another big bowl and put the peeled banana in it and mash the banana well with the help of a slotted spoon. After that add butter, pure vanilla extract, oil and sugar powder and mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Then after roasting coarsely, add crushed walnuts and chocolate chips and mix, put the dry flour of the first bowl in the second bowl and mix it well again with a spoon. Muffin paste is ready.

STEP 3: Preheat the oven.

Now take a cupcake stand and spread cupcake paper in each of the sand molds and pour equal paste into all the molds with a spoon. After adding the paste, put the cupcake stand in the oven and close the oven lid. Set the oven to 190 ° C and preheat for at least 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out the cupcake stand and keep it to cool down. Banana muffins are ready.
