“COTTON SOFT PANEER PAKORAS.”

INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER FRITTERS.
•Paneer – 100 grams
•Besan – 1 cup
•Ajwain – ½ tsp
•Turmeric Powder – tsp
•Red chili powder – tsp
•Salt – as per taste
•Chaat masala – 1 tsp
•Baking Powder – ½ tsp
•Ginger – Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
•water – as required
•Preparation time: 10 minutes
•Cooking time: 25 minutes
•Total time: 35 minutes
~Method:-
STEP 1: Cut the paneer into triangles.
To make delicious paneer pakoras, first of all, mix coriander and mint and make a thick thick chutney and keep the chutney separately. Now take the pieces of paneer and cut it thinly with a knife into triangle shape. Take a slice of paneer and pour chutney over it with a spoon, spread it all around. Take another slice and place it on top of the chutney slice and make a sandwich. Place the prepared sandwich on a plate. Similarly make sandwich of all the slices.
STEP 2: Make a batter of gram flour.
Now take a bowl and add gram flour, grated little cheese and ginger-garlic paste, salt, asafoetida, baking soda, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and chaat masala and mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Take. After that, add little water and make a thin batter (just like pakoras) and beat it lightly till the batter becomes frothy.
STEP 3: Fry the pakoras in a pan.
•Take a wok and put it on the gas on high flame and put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes very hot, then reduce the flame to medium and lift a paneer sandwich, deepen it well in the batter of gram flour and put it in the pan, fry till it becomes light golden. Keep turning the pakoras in between so that they get cooked well from all the sides. Take out the well-roasted pakoras from the pan and put them in a plate and sprinkle some chaat masala on top. Paneer pakoras are ready.
